Communication Network ¡€On-site communication network services will be provided for broad band internet access, VDSL &WLAN access, fixed telephone line, domestic and international call, fax, EMS and postal and telecommunication etc. ¡€Free internet access will be provided in the booth upon application on site. ¡€During this event, hired telephone sets can be installed for the exhibitors. No fees will be charged for installation and RMB100 yuan will be charged per day for local calls, and RMB200 yuan for calls within local network. IP and IC telephone cards will be on sale for long distance calls. ¡€Public internet bar will be set up in the exhibition hall for free internet access. ¡€Information Enquiry Electronic touch screens will be set up in the exhibition hall for checking the info of the exhibitors, exhibits and participants. 3.2 Reception The Organizing Committee will position reception offices in Yantai Airport, Railway Station, Yantai Port and major hotels. Accompanying teams will be arranged for important delegations from APEC member economies. 3.3 Accommodation Delegation of APEC member economies can contact directly to the hotels recommended by the Organizing Committee for accommodations or reserve rooms through the Organizing Committee. 3.4 Transportation The Organizing Committee will provide each member economy governmental delegation with one medium-sized bus for local transportation. Additional vehicles are available for rental. 3.5 Media Arrangement The Media Department of the Organizing Committee will coordinate important interviews and news releases related to the events. 3.6 Interpreters One interpreter will be provided for each delegation from APEC member economies. The signing center is in Section C on the fourth floor of the exhibition hall. 3.8 Security Safeguard Chinese police will safeguard the security of delegations from APEC member economies. Special measures will be taken for the security of trade ministers attending the event, and police cars will be provided. 3.9 Visit & Investigation The Organizing Committee will arrange visits & investigations for delegations from APEC member economies. 3.10 Tours The Reception and Tour Department of Organizing Committee will recommend tourist agencies, touring lines and famous resorts to delegations from APEC member economies. 3.11 On-site Administrative Offices On-site administrative offices will be set up in the exhibition hall, namely the offices for General Command, Organizing Committee, Exhibition Department, Public Security and for Fire Prevention and Control. Information desks will be set up in each exhibition area.
