1.3 The badges for forums will be issued by the Dept of Technology Exchange, Organizing Committee..

1.4 The badges for exhibition include free badges and charging badges. Free badges include Badges for: VIPs, Overseas Guests, Exhibitors, Working Staff, Media, Exhibits Layout & Removal and Services. Charging badges include: Visitor Badges & tickets.

·VIP: Prepared by the Organizing Committee for distinguished guests from home and abroad

·Overseas Guest: for foreigners upon presenting passports or other valid ID cards

·Exhibitor: For the working staff in the booth, 3 badges will be issued for each standard booth

·Staff: for staff of the Organizing Committee

·Media: for media attending the event, upon approval after application to Yantai Press Office

·Exhibits Layout & Removal: for working staffs during the period of booth construction and dismantling, 3 badges will be issued for each standard booth

·Service: for serving personnel designated by Organizing Committee during the event

·Visitor: for visitors to the exhibition upon presenting ID cards or Letter of Introduction.

·The cost for one Visitor Badge is RMB100 yuan and one ticket RMB30 yuan. All the badges (except Badges for Exhibits Layout & Removal) are valid during the event, while one ticket is valid only for one entry per person.

·All the participants except VIPs and overseas guests are requested to present their names and 1 piece of photo (1’’×1’’) for badges. On-site service of taking photos is available at RMB10 yuan each.
