Rules and Regulations
 
 
 



4.1 The four-storied Convention and Exhibition Center is divided into 4 sections¡ªA, B, C and D at each story, with limit booth height at the first story 5 meters high, and the rest 4 meters high.

4.2 The power supplied is Alternate Current 220V/50HZ and 380V/50HZ. The power consumption for each standard booth should be under 800W. Application to the Organizing Committee before May 20, 2004 is requested if more power consumption is needed. All the electrical works shall be carried out under the supervision of the electricians designated by the Organizing Committee.

4.3 Each booth will be provided free of charge with: fascia (1 pc), table (1pc), chairs (3pcs), spotlights (2pcs) and electrical outlet (1pc). For raw space, only the equal numbers chairs and tables will be provided

4.4 For custom-build stand on raw space, on site construction with raw materials, which should be done before entering the Exhibition Hall, are not allowed.

4.5 Cargo lifts are available in the exhibition hall. Carrying exhibits by passenger lifts and elevators are not permitted.

4.6 The public part of the exhibition is designed and decorated by the Organizing Committee. No exhibits or advertising signs shall be placed outside the confines of the Exhibitor¡¯s stand, the public aisles and fire facilities are not allowed to be covered in any kind.

4.7 The carrying and using of inflammable, radioactive and other miscellaneous materials and exhibits in the exhibition hall that are dangerous to visitors and public security is strictly forbidden.

4.8 The working staff during booth construction and dismantling should wear the Exhibits Move-In & out Badge issued by the Organizing Committee.

4.9 The rented facilities shall be returned before 13:00 June 19 to the Renting Office. Any losses or damage to the rented facilities should be compensated according to its original value.
